A self diagnosed A.D.D.
serial entrepreneur,
Bill
started his careers in the corporate world of technology companies such as
AT&T, Data General and Apple Computer. After finally launching his first
startup in 1992, Bill learned about entrepreneurship the old-fashioned way
-- by bootstrap.
Selling his interest in 1994, he began consulting to other startups to assist in raising capital and providing adult supervision. While doing this, Bill taught Entrepreneurship at Xavier University and became director of the Entrepreneurial Center. After juggling the academic and consulting world, he returned to launch startup #3 in the onLine learning space. Having hit the 'bubble' in 2000, Bill became Shop Foreman for the Park City Marketing Institute -- producing workshops for senior execs at technology firms to build world class go-to-market plans while crushing their competition. Taking a 90 degree turn, he plunged into the manufacturing world taking raw materials and turning them into advanced conductive composites at Diamond Fiber Composites. Diamond Fiber Composites manufactures copper and nickel coated carbon fiber used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, biomedical and defense markets. DFC is involved in leading edge advanced materials R&D for new uses of conductive composite materials -- which requires maximum creative input! |
